We partner with a global order fulfillment provider that operates facilities around the world to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

My Order Is Late. What Should I Do?
If your order is overdue, please check the following before reaching out to us:
- Verify the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email for any errors.
- Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the package was left with them.
If the address is correct and the package is not with the post office or your neighbors, please email us at info@holydaze.com with your order number for assistance.
If you find an error in the delivery address, we can arrange a replacement order for you; however, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
